Three shapes of work. Yours is one of them.
Every engagement gets scoped individually, but they fall into three shapes. Knowing which one you are asking for is most of what a first call establishes — so here they are, with what each actually includes.
Always-on content
The most common engagement, and the least dramatic. An established business with real customers that goes quiet online for weeks at a time because everyone is busy running it. We take the content off the team entirely and keep it moving.
What it includesEstablished local and regional brands with an existing customer base
Market entry
A brand with a proven product in one market, going into another. The failure mode is sorting distribution first and marketing second, then watching stock sit. This engagement runs demand generation ahead of the launch date and opens distributor conversations alongside it.
What it includesBrands taking an existing product into a new city or market
Regional programme
The largest shape we run. A brand present across several markets or a retail network, where organic content, paid media and on-ground activation all need to happen — and currently happen through different vendors who never speak to each other.

No numbers on these pages yet.
We could put growth figures here. Plenty of sites in this category do, and a fair few of those figures contradict themselves from one page to the next.
Ours go up when there is client work published with permission behind it, and not before. Until then these pages describe scope and cadence, which are things we can stand behind completely.
